Return Policies

All merchandise is guaranteed to be brand new, unless otherwise specifically stated. Merchandise from overseas is not always shrink wrapped but is absolutely brand new. You can always email and ask whether or not the item you are interested in is or isn't shrink wrapped.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions only:

Manufacturer's defect - we will exchange, refund or issue a credit for any merchandise that has a manufacturer's defect if claimed within 7 days from receipt. Customer must return merchandise within 7 days from notifying us and we will then promptly refund, replace or issue a credit for the item.

Processing error - if we mistakenly sent you the wrong item, please notify us immediately. Return the item to Crystal Ball and we will issue you either a refund or replace with the correct item as you request.
